Expect the unexpected in Tennis. Last month Lleyton Hewitt retired from tennis however he has come out of retirement to appear for Australia in Davis Cup this weekend!
Lleyton was announced at the beginning of the year as the new Davis Cup captain however he will now be player and captain for Australia. Lleyton first played Davis Cup in 1999 and has won 58 of his 78 matches he has featured in. He was also part of the Australian side that won the tournament in 1999 and 2003 (the last time Australia won the Davis Cup) and will be hoping to add 2016 to the list but faces a tough USA team captained by Jim Courier which includes the Bryan Brothers, Jack Sock and John Isner.
Lleyton is now playing due to injury problems for Nick Kyrgios and will join Bernard Tomic, Sam Groth and John Peers as the other players with no Kokkinakis in the squad either.
