Three matches three wins for Great Britain on Day 1 of the Fed Cup in Israel who won their tie 3-0 against South Africa with some top performances all round!
Katie Swan was first up in her first ever Fed Cup tie at just the age of 16 becoming the youngest player to represent Great Britain in the tournament but managed to beat Hattingh 6-3 6-0 breaking the South African within the first game of the match and never looked back on her way to securing her first win and giving Great Britain a 1-0 lead in the tie.
Heather Watson was next up on court and like Swan controlled the match from the first ball claiming a 6-3 6-3 win against her opponent ranked just outside the top 300 in the world to give Great Britain an unassailable 2-0 lead, could Rae and Smith make it a full house?
Of course they did! Jocelyn Rae and Anna Smith made it 3/3 for Great Britain with a 6-3 6-2 win against Le Roux and Sammons to seal the tie at 3-0 to Great Britain in what was a very successful day for the British team with hopefully another successful day tomorrow when they face Georgia.
