As of the end of the season Jamie Murray and John Peers will no longer be playing doubles together on the ATP Tour despite reaching two Grand Slam finals this year.
Jamie and John are set to play in London at the World Tour Finals in November and it will be their last tournament together on the tour after winning two titles this year and hopefully they can go out on a high and do very well in London.
Jamie will be pairing up with Bruno Soares who is 33 years old and a former US Open doubles finalist as well as mixed doubles winner in New York in 2012 and 2014. Soares currently plays with Alexander Peya and will end at the end of the year.
It is unknown yet who John Peers from Australia will pair up with next season.
I am slightly surprised by the decision as they have continued to improve throughout the season with two Grand Slam finals in a row and some top wins against top players and cementing their place in the top 10.
