As well as being the top seed in the singles at the Citi Open in Washington Andy Murray is also scheduled to play doubles in the states with Daniel Nestor from Canada.
Daniel is one of the best doubles player the game has ever seen and still at the age of 42 years old he is one of the best on the tour with 2 titles this year and 20 wins. Daniel has won every Grand Slam title, Olympic gold and 87 career titles with over 970 wins to his name! He is also a former world number one but is currently ranked at 25 in the world.
Andy has had success in the doubles in the past with a couple of ATP titles and reaching the Hopman Cup final and won Olympic silver with fellow Brit Laura Robson in the mixed doubles as well as recently he and his brother Jamie Murray defeating Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Nicolas Mahut in the Davis Cup semi-final.
